Crispy shrimp coated with coconut flakes on Bamboo sticks with Bell Pepper, Onions Tossed in Pineapple Sweet Sauce.

 

Fruit Kebab

Tropical seasonal  fruits (pineapples, Honey Dew Melon, Watermelon, Grape) dipped in Basil Syrup

Ital Stew Peas

Jamaican stew dish. kidney beans also called red peas in Jamaica cooked with a flavorful coconut, fragrant spices, thyme, onion, garlic, and Scotch bonnet pepper

 

Green Salad

A mixture of green vegetables, cucumber, lettuce, green apples serve with pineapple sauce

 

Herb Rice

Basmati Rice cooked with coconut, mixed with herbs from the island of Jamaica
